Four Year Under-Graduate Teacher education Programme with B. Ed. in Arts and Science (ITEP).

List of Documents to be Produced by the Candidate at the time of Admission

A) Candidate Above Poverty Line (APL) category submit a set of self attested Copies of the following documents:

Downloaded E-Samarth Form (Printed Copy)
Copy of the Pass Certificate of H.S. Final Examination
Marksheet of H.S. Final Examination
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
For OBC/MOBC Candidates a valid NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate in Mandatory.
PRC/AADHAR.
Court Affidavit for Gap Period (wherever necessary)
Declaration of Green Audit(Download from College website and Sign)
Declaration of Anti-Ragging (Download from College website and Sign)
Declaration from the candidate if fails to produce the Original Mark sheet at the time of admission.
Declaration from the Candidate for Class Attendance (Minimum 75%) for filling up the Examination forms.
Declaration from the candidate and parent for self financing courses

B) Candidate Below Poverty Line (BPL) category shall submit a set of self attested copies of the following:

Downloaded E-Samarth Form (Printed Copy).
Copy of the Pass Certificate of H.S. Final Examination.
Marksheet of H.S. Final Examination.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).

Ration Card/ Income Certificate from the Local Revenue Circle Officer / Mouzadar.
A declaration from the students that neither of the parent (father or mother) of the student is an employee of State / Central Govt. Department or its undertaking.
Substantial proof of planting a sapling at his/her home and shall give a GPS photographs of the same to the college.
Declaration of Green Audit (Download from College website and Sign)
Declaration of Anti-Ragging (Download from College website and Sign)
Declaration from the candidates if fails to produce the Original Mark sheet at the time of admission.
Declaration from the Candidate for Class Attendance (Minimum 75%) for filling up the Examination forms.
Declaration from the candidate and parents for self financing courses.
